Very simple once you get the hang of it. If you have a specific knowledge of something, write about it. Along with your writings, you can add a little snippet of code that will produce google ads. When people click on these ads, you get paid. (Make sure your read Adsense TOS "Terms of service") You can not ask your visitors to specifically click on these ads.

The ads are revelevant to the words that you are posting. Example: If you were talking about a new brand of supplement whey protein powder that you find very tasteful. Then the adsense code would pick on on certain keywords and produce ads of supplement companies. Pretty cool, HUH?
